The Kractal Project is led by Christopher James Sampson who has worked with information systems since the 1970’s and has extensive experience in systems design and implementation across the public and private sectors.

Christopher has presented on knowledge systems and management to governments around the world, including North America, Europe, Asia, the Pacific Islands and his home region of Australasia. Chris has also presented at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
